in landmark inner-city residential developments.
Since opening in 1997 we have become the largest project marketing company in Brisbane with over 3500 sales to date. Including Aurora, CODE, Frisco, Emporium, Felix, Evolution, Petrie Point, The Galleries, CODE, The Establishment and GC1. Due to 3 new landmark $100m plus inner-city residential developments due to be released in Brisbane, we are expanding our sales reach with the opening of our INVESTMENT SALES DIVISION. This new team will join 35 existing staff comprising of a general real estate division, property management and 3 onsite projects teams that will expand to 6 in the new year. As the projects lead Agent, our 3 times BRW awarded real estate business has front row access to traditionally unavailable ‘off the plan’ property listings and significant lead generating marketing budgets. We are seeking to commence 2 experienced negative gearing professionals to close investment sales in our projects from leads generated and assist our valued repeat clients.
You will require;
• To be goal driven with BIG goals awaiting to be reached through the right sales opportunity.
• An unquenching desire to capitalize on your sales skills and passion for residential property.
• Empathy with our clients’ needs whose interests are always paramount.
• To be well groomed and have strong experience as an in-home salesperson within the investment property industry.
• A thorough understanding of residential property investment and have strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to generate with our marketing department your in-home presentation material.
• Skills to direct our marketing department on additional ongoing lead generation initiatives.
• The skills to work autonomously, diligently, loyally and achieve agreed sales objectives.
• Skill to qualify potential purchasers for the suitability of financing any property purchase.
• Be Brisbane based and prepared to work unscheduled hours as they arise.
• Licensed to sell real estate in Queensland, a drivers license, laptop and own transport
