| Our previous agents tried to sell this apartment for almost 1 year, and only 1 of them came close of selling it. I must say it was not a happy experience either. Last year the housing sector was much better compare to now, but we were still, been asked several times to drop our price for a quick sale. Those agents just couldn't understand that I didn't need a quick sale, I just want to get a price which I believe was reasonable. Unlike those agents, you've demonstrated a much more professional approach. You first showed me the history of completed sale prices of that building, re-organised internet display, photo and video shooting, along with our apartment in Charlotte tower, weekly open house and with a progress report weekly etc. At the end, you've managed to sell this property in a month’s time, at a price we want, we were really amazed. It was only in October 07 that we traveled to Brisbane for our son’s graduation into the police force and while staying a few days with him, we took the train to Brisbane CBD to visit the display unit at Evolution to see first hand, as it had looked very impressive on the internet.
It only required one visit and we signed up on the spot.
