Dave was first employed in Brisbane as a Salesperson in the summer of 1984. Over the next 20 years, Dave won uncountable awards for success in the real estate business. These include back-to back Salesman of the Year awards, back-to-back Manager of the Year awards held simultaneously with sale records still standing today that have not yet been broken.

Since 1997, Dave's passion and integrity has created one of he largest real estate business's in Queensland with over 3500 company sales made to date. This success has been recognized with 3 separate BRW Awards and 2 Top Qld 400 Private Company awards.
